Wisconsin Metal Products began in 1915 producing consumer products such as pancake griddles, Christmas tree stands and horse brushes. We supported the war effort in the 1940’s by producing heavy artillery shells and transmission parts for navy vessels.
John Janes Sr. purchased the company in the mid 1960’s and began investing in large presses that were unique to the contract stamping community.
WMP has continued to separate itself from the competition by investing in automated transfer equipment while utilizing an experienced, highly productive workforce. |
